How long is the free trial?+

Your first organisation starts on a 14-day Pro trial. No card required. Additional organisations created on the same account start on the Free tier — the trial is one per account, not one per organisation. Managing four or more tenants? See the MSP / Agency plan on the pricing page.

What happens when my trial ends?+

If a payment method is on file we convert you to the paid Pro plan. Otherwise the org downgrades to the Free tier and you keep your data — you just hit the Free limits.

Can I run more than one organisation under the same account?+

Yes. Click your avatar in the bottom-left of the dashboard and choose 'Create new organisation'. Each org has its own assets, users, branding, billing, and audit log — switch between them at any time.

Which currencies and payment methods do you support?+

We bill in South African Rand (ZAR) via PayFast. Cards processed by PayFast are tokenised — we never store your full card number.

Can I export my data?+

Yes. Visit Settings → Privacy & Data and download a JSON snapshot of your personal data, or use CSV export on Pro plans for asset data.

How do I delete my account?+

Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account. Your data is preserved for 30 days so you can restore it, then permanently deleted.

Where is my data stored?+

On a managed PostgreSQL database. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and encrypted password hashing. MFA secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.

What happens if I lose my MFA device?+

Use one of the eight recovery codes you saved when you enabled MFA. If you've lost those too, email security@pro-it.biz from your verified email address.

How do refunds work?+

We process refunds within 14 days for genuine billing errors. Email billing@pro-it.biz with your invoice number.
